Fresh is an annual expo for event professionals that is presented by the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of ISES, the International Special Events Society. We served espresso, our Kona blend and Pacific Passion coffees, as well as frozen cappuccino and frozen hot chocolate smoothies. And to show our versatility we did it black tie. The 2010 Miss'd America Pageant returned after a 5 year hiatus and Maui Wowi was there with smoothies, daiquiris, and pina coladas! Sponsored by Trump Resorts, Harrah's Entertainment, and Grey Goose Vodka, this year's pageant was held in the ballroom at Atlantic City Boardwalk Hall. The drag queen beauty pageant and charity fundraiser was created as a spoof of the Miss America Pageant and was hosted by Carson Kressley who starred in Bravo's "Queer Eye For The Straight Guy".

Thanks to the Northeast Spa & Pool Association (NESPA) for featuring Maui Wowi Hawaiian on the "Boardwalk" entrance to their Atlancic City Pool & Spa Show at the Atlantic City Convention Center. This time the students, faculty, and staff enjoyed our Maui Wowi Kona blend coffee, Ghirardelli Double Chocolate hot koko, and tea from the Hawaiian Islands Tea Company. Some of the tea flavors we served included Coconut Macadamia Herbal, Guava Ginseng Green, and Passionfruit Na Pali Black. Even though the attendees at the 94th Annual NJ League of Municipalites Conference had to pass by four other locations selling coffee before getting to the Maui Wowi cart, the demand for our Kona and Molokai blend coffees was almost non-stop. We fresh brewed over 80 gallons of coffee. Thats right, 80 GALLONS! Add in our fruit, chocolate, and coffee smoothies and there were a lot of happy folks in the Atlantic City Convention Center at this event.

What a night! Maui Wowi Hawaiian gave away smoothies at the 16th Taste & Tour of the Countryside. This is an annual food, beverage, and attractions trade show run by the Brandywine Conference and Visitors Bureau and held at the Drexelbrook Corporate Events Center. This was Maui Wowi's first time as an exhibitor and we gave away our gourmet fruit smoothies at our tiki bar in the ballroom and Ghiradelli Double Chocolate Frozen Hot Koko smoothies at the International Special Events Society (ISES) table in the dessert pavillion. Some of our guests included NBC10 meterologist and 10! Show Host Bill Henley and former Philadelphia news anchor Steve Levy.
